Snow!

The day after Christmas brought us a blizzard! Gee, thanks Santa! Now we are stuck home...Caroline has been having a ball playing in the snow (well at least the parts that aren't above her head), and playing with all her Christmas gifts. I think she loves snow!

This is our back window...yes, there is snow all the way up to the window.


Our back door...Those trees you see are usually standing straight up...they are practically on the ground now. I don't think we will be able to open our back door for a month!

We had to stay on the edges because the snow would have buried her in the other parts of the yard...maybe in a week we will be able to make a snow man.

She just sat down right on the walkway to play with the snow.

Merry CHRISTmas!!!

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and managed to take some time to remember the true meaning of Christmas. Here are the pictures I snapped from the day. I got a lot, so I tried to cut some out, but she's just so adorable!

Ever since she got the potty when she wets her diaper or poops she bends over like this and pats her diaper. It's so funny...and she will not let me not change her. If I don't do it right away she yells at me and just lays down on the floor. I love it.

Christmas Videos!

Christmas was great! Caroline got so spoiled. I'm thinking next year we should tone it down a little. Thank you to everyone who helped spoil her though! She loved everything! I didn't need any presents because I was so excited for Caroline...but, yes, I did get a few. Thank you to all and Merry Christmas!

She was so happy that she got a baby from Papou! She wanted it out of the box, but of course, it was tied down with a million twist ties. She followed Demetri around until he got it open and then she finally got her baby! I felt kinda bad for her because her cousins kept taking all her toys and she really wanted them. Every time someone wasn't looking they would grab the toy from her...well, I guess she'll learn to share?

On Christmas Eve, Tom, Caroline and I decorated sugar cookies! Yummy!

Tea Party!

Caroline got a tea set for her birthday...she has finally decided to start playing with it now that she has a table. She loves to sit with me or her babies and play tea party.

Potty!

Caroline recently got a duck potty. She REALLY likes it. The first day she had it was spent taking it apart and putting it back together, then she started to put her baby dolls on it to go potty, then she started to sit on it with her clothes on...and now, we are finally where she will sit on it naked, but no peepee yet. I think soon she might get it.

Jump, Jump, Jump

Caroline LOVES to turn her chair over and use it as a trampoline. It's so funny. Here she is on video saying "jump, jump, jump". Just turn your head sideways because I couldn't get it to turn.

In my family we have always put out the Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving...forget shopping. Just don't mind my messy hair and disheveled look...I just woke up.

Thanksgiving

Ok, so now that Christmas is over, I am finally geting around to putting up my Thanksgiving pictures. We went to Tom's brother Nick's house for dinner. Caroline had a lot of fun with her cousins. She gets a little overwhelmed cause there are so many kids...I can tell because every time we go there she sleeps in really late the next day.

18 Weeks

One of the things Tom is always complaining about is how there are more pictures of his older brother then there are of him. He insists that I not do this to our children, but I think I already have. By this point in my pregnancy with Caroline I had a picture of my belly every week from about 11 wks on. I'm sorry, but getting fat is just not as exciting this time around. But, I am going to repent and do better so this child does not complain when he/she is older (we find out boy or girl Dec. 21st!)

Tom wasn't home to take a picture so I took them myself.
