NM Trip

This past weekend I went to New Mexico for a memorial service that we had for my sister Jaanet who passed away about a month ago. Tom couldn't make it, but it was nice to be with my family. I also was able to spend some time with my half sister Jeannine and my nephew JD. I have only met Jeannine 3 or 4 times throughout my life so this weekend was a nice opportunity to connect and hopefully keep in contact more.

Seattle/ Portland trip

Last week I went to Seattle and Portland to see my friends from college, Bonnie and Anna! They both live in the Seattle area and it was so much fun to get to see both of them again. Sometimes I just miss college. I stayed with Bonnie and her little boy, Tanner (her husband was in Florida for flight training). Tanner is getting so big! It was just so great seeing them.

Last week I had a flight to Seattle out of Vegas airport so Tom and I decided to walk the strip before my flight left.
