I can't decided which would be worse...owning a house and having to fix this myself, or renting and WAITING for the landlord to fix this! Their washing machine seems to be seeping water through the wall and floor into our apartment. All my shoes and anything else that was left on the floor in the closet is covered in green fuzzy mold! The walls...covered in a dark black mold. All of this is in Carolines room. It smells horrible and I know mold is very bad for us...so Carolines room is now in the living room and her room has been locked up. Very inconvenient. They are going to need to rip out the wall and put up new sheet rock and put in new carpet. AHH!!! So annoying!

oh no! Is there anything we can do to help you?
I know EXACTLY how you feel! Our rental house in Indiana was full of mold and we had to fight with our landlord to fix it. Check out your state rental laws because in Indiana if the mold was bad enough the landlord had to pay for us to stay in a different place.
I'm sorry that Caroline got kicked out of her room. I found mold in Braden's room when we lived in Seattle, and it was always growing in the kitchen. Yuck!
i think it's better to be renting than owning a house with it. at least she's small enough still that she doesn't really care where she's sleeping. :)
