The pregnancy is going well other than being sick. I have a doctors appointment next Thursday morning. I had a little trip to the emergency room on Tuesday. I smelled something bad which made me throw up, and then I couldn't stop. Anything and everything I ate or drank came right back up. So of course I ended up really dehydrated. I spent the afternoon hooked to an iv. Not fun! I thought I was finally getting better...but then that happened. At least today is going well. It is only 11:30AM and I have already eaten 2 bowls of cereal, 2 bowls of jello, 2 yogurts, and some grapes...I feel like such a pig, but at least I have an appetite right? I go back to work next week to set up the classrooms and then the kids come the last week of August. Pray that I will feel good!

"My bump! My bump! My lovely baby bump!" Bumps are the best! Except that you don't quite look pregnant, but you don't look skinny either. That'll change soon enough. Sorry to hear it's been rough. I know at least 5 women who've had to go to the ER because they get so dehydrated.

Just wait until you feel like you have a basketball under your shirt, lol.. such a weird feeling. Oh, and eating becomes old very quick. I eat something and 20 minutes later I'm hungry again, argh.

I was more inclined to say you were going to have a girl, BUT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US FROM THE APARTMENT HAD A BOY. Sorry, you're destined to have a boy. Better start buying blue.

I saw your Dad at Caitlin's reception. He told me about your ER visit. I'm so sorry. Ijust nauseated, never threw up. YUCK! You look so cute. The bump kind of makes the whole pregnacy finally a reality. Wait til the baby moves!!!
